Refund and Returns Policy

At FunBadmenton, we are committed to delivering high-quality badminton equipment designed for performance, durability, and ease of use. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines a transparent and fair process for returns, replacements, and refunds.


2. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all components and accessories included

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID / receipt) is required

  • Product has been used, installed, or shows signs of wear

  • Items are missing parts not due to our error

  • Product is returned without original packaging

  • Return is requested after 7 days of delivery


4. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged or defective product

  • A product with missing parts

  • A wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at funbadmenton@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Item returned in a condition different from original (not due to our error)

  • Items with missing parts or damaged packaging

  • Returns initiated within 7 days but showing signs of handling/use


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed badminton nets, poles, or court lines

  • Court lines that have been unpacked and used

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Sale or discounted items (non-refundable)


7. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at funbadmenton@gmail.com with your order details

  2. Wait for approval from our support team

  3. Once approved:

    • We will provide return instructions and shipping details

    • In eligible cases, a return shipping label may be provided

⚠️ Important:
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted


8. Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items → Return shipping is free

  • For customer-initiated returns (non-defective) →

    • Customer bears return shipping cost

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable

    • Return shipping cost may be deducted from refund

9. Refunds

  • Process initiated within 5–10 business days

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may occur)

  3. Contact your bank

If 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to us.


11. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different product is to:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval)

  2. Place a new order separately


12. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


13. European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Our products—especially portable badminton nets, poles, and court lines—are designed for portability and easy setup.

Damage caused due to:

  • Improper installation

  • Use on rough or uneven surfaces

  • Excessive force or mishandling

will not be eligible for return or refund
